Circular vibrating screen is a kind of circular vibration, multi-layer vibrating equipment, also referred to as "vibrating screen". The structure and principle of circular vibrating screen are: cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. It is composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring, etc. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and driven by the motor through the V-belt to cause the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at high speed, generating a large centrifugal inertial force , The screen box is excited to produce a circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is continuously thrown by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. When the material meets the screen surface, the particles smaller than the screen hole pass through the screen To achieve grading. The equipment is widely used in the classification of materials in various industries such as mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry, and water conservancy construction.
Features of round vibrating screen:
The vibrating screen equipment produced by Phoenix has: reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, ruggedness, convenient maintenance, safe use, etc. and the following six characteristics:
(1) Large processing capacity and high screening efficiency.
(2) The vibrator adopts bearing thin oil lubrication and external block eccentric structure. It has the characteristics of large excitation force, low bearing load, low temperature and low noise.
(3) The whole vibrator is disassembled, easy to maintain and replace, and shorten the inspection cycle.
(4) The side plate of the screen machine adopts the whole plate cold work, no welding, high strength and long service life. The connection between the beam and the side plate adopts torsion shear high-strength bolt connection, no welding, and the beam is easy to replace.
(5) The screen machine uses rubber springs to reduce vibration. Compared with metal springs, it has the advantages of low noise, long service life, stable over-common vibration area, and small dynamic load on each supporting point of the screen machine.
(6) The flexible coupling is used to connect the motor and the exciter, which has the advantages of long service life and small impact on the motor.
